Meet The Team

The President of the UofAFS holds authority over the day-to-day operations of the club, organizing and overseeing club endeavors. Additionally, they shape the course of the club by carefully conducting semester schedules and valuable communications.

The Co-President of the Student Film Club also holds authority over the daily operations of the club, helping with organization and oversight of club activities.

The Vice-President roles are a mix of invaluable support for the president with decision-making to running various club events that play a key role in ensuring the UofAFS success.

The Treasurer manages the financial prospects for the club. They allocate what to spend money on, and manage budgets to ensure smooth function of the club. This position also plays an important role in hosting films screening and events.

The Filmmaking coordinator oversees the running of the UofAFS Production Branch, and serves as Producer for every project undertaken by UofAFS Productions.

The Social Media coordinator oversees the running of all UofAFS social media. That includes; Youtube, Instagram, Letterboxd, Discord, Reddit and Snapchat.

The Designer creates aesthetics for UofAFS; which include designing posters, digital presentations and the club website. The designer also assists with running screenings and outreach as needed.
